They don’t stop there either. They continue to help with any and all follow up questions with patience and kindness. I’m sure they are all great but Makenzie and Laura have been especially helpful. With my other insurance company I was lucky if I could get someone on the phone. State Farm has gone out of their way to make sure all of my questions are answered and take care of any issues before I even feel it has become an issue. I feel a lot safer knowing I have State Farm in my corner.. And two of the kindness young ladies I can speak with directly. 🙏"

The office had messed up the address on my insurance, and she went into the system, found the issue, and made sure it was corrected before we hung up. She was so apologetic about the mistake, even though it wasn't her fault, and she went above & beyond to try to make up for it. She answered some questions I had about my policy and helped me to increase my coverage, she was knowledgeable and so sweet. She is definitely an asset to that office!"
