"Seemed like a good choice, til I started to run into problems with getting talked out of filing a claim for my renter's insurance regarding mold. They told me mold is not covered after being informed from a reputable Mold removal Environmental company it is covered with proper proof. I had to throw away about $1.5 thousand in molded & mildewed property. Then, I started looking for another insurance company, I found an auto incident from a year ago was supposed to be no-fault, now it's listed with me at fault. The State Farm case worker "Tynerea Taylor" said she was going to send me a copy of the police report but never did! They 'gifted' the other driver $3,800 for a vehicle that was not tagged, inspected, or registered. Also the police on the scene stated it was no fault, therefore nobody was ticketed. My insurance was transferred to another company Dec 17th @ midnight (which Jamie Eagles was aware of) but I still had a deduction from my account on the 22nd, which caused an overdraft on my account. I recommend another agent that will be honest and up front with people. I have called back several times, but to no avail! I called coorporate on Friday, and today (Monday) I recieved a call back from Adrianne. I explained that I was covered with another insurance company and my cancelation date overlapped with my current insurer. Adrianne informed me "that is the way we do it here." I called coorporate back and they block your phone number when trying to contact them again. They tell me contact "Agent" & my "Agent" REFUSES to print an itemized bill showing where my payments went, and why they charged me, duplicate fees for a day- three even after switching to another company. STAY AWAY !!!!!!! Fraudulent State Farm Representative/Agent. He just wants your commissions!"

"Communicating with this branch is practically impossible. I have been dealing with a simple matter regarding updates to my home insurance and it has taken months! They have either briefly briefly spoken with me via text or phone for me to submit documents needed then radio silence. I get No answer, No call back, or (the ONE time someone answered) they could not help because basic client information is not available to other office members(?).. I am getting so frustrated with this particular branch. I’ve been with state farm for 2 years. The agent, Jamie, should be more involved in his branch. It’s not the employees fault. I think they are under staffed and over worked. I may have to check out a branch that has time for all of their clients needs."

"I called the office at 4:45 pm on a Friday and Mackenzie answered and was so nice! The office had messed up the address on my insurance, and she went into the system, found the issue, and made sure it was corrected before we hung up. She was so apologetic about the mistake, even though it wasn't her fault, and she went above & beyond to try to make up for it. She answered some questions I had about my policy and helped me to increase my coverage, she was knowledgeable and so sweet. She is definitely an asset to that office!"

"Alicia Upton at Jamie Eagles State Farm was amazing at helping me review all of our insurance policies! She listened to my needs and concerns and we were able to fine tune all of our policies to fit our current needs. She took an incredible amount of time and attention, went out of her way, to get our family well protected and secure in our coverage.
